This study is open to adults with moderate to severe HS and aims to assess the effectiveness of the study drug in treating HS. Participants will receive either study drug or a placebo through injections, with dosing frequency varying over time. After a period of treatment, those initially receiving the placebo will switch to the study drug. The study is divided into two parts, each lasting about a year, with participants visiting the study site regularly for monitoring. Another study will explore the safety and effects of the study drug in individuals with HS and palmoplantar pustulosis. This medication targets diseases associated with excessive neutrophils in inflamed areas.
